What if the products are good, but I changed my mind?
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Do I need to send products to China?
Yes, customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period of 60 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
